Ian got Marguerite got on the phone and she spoke about her impressive journey from living on her family farm in Sixmilebridge, to becoming Head Chef at The Five Fields Michelin-star restaurant in Chelsea.
She also told Ian about working with Marco Pierre White when she first moved over to London.
