Back To School
The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show visited its first school in 19 months this week!
Aisling Bonner from the Breakfast Show Crew headed to Scoil Naomh Mhuire in Staplestown, County Kildare to chat to the kids in Ms Radford's 3rd and 4th class. They were so welcoming, they even gave her a round of applause!
Aisling chatted to Aoife, Grace, Cathal, Ted, Matilda, Lucy, Amelia, Daniel C, Emma, Andrew, Cillian, Sadhbh, Daniel K, Mason, Cian, Ryan, Niamh, Rachel, Isabella, Martha, Meabh, Seán T, Seán D, Áine, Liobhán, Cormac and Oscar.
Presidents and Scientists
With Michael D. Higgins hitting the headlines this past week, Aisling asked the kids what the President's role is and what he actually does.
And after chatting last week about a group of scientists who are toilet training a herd of cattle to protect the environment, Aisling asked the students how they thought they might go about potty training a cow.
There could definitely be some future Presidents and scientists in Ms Radford's class!
