St Paul's NS make over €2,000 for Dare To Care

Friday, the 12th of April was the day the Royalers selected for their fundraiser, where 700 students took part.

They danced in their morning assembly and then each class danced individually in their classrooms, in their pyjamas.

Ciarán Dardis, who is a 6th class student in the school, got up extra early on his Easter holidays to tell The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show all about it.

Everybody brought in a minimum of 1 or 2 Euro, or more if you wanted to, and we also sold raffle tickets for 50c each

They raised an unbelievable €2,323!

Check out Ciarán's chat in full by pressing the play button on screen.

If they can do it, you can do it too. Come on and get involved!

St Paul’s have started the ball rolling, so if you think you're thinking "we could do that" at your school, workplace, gym, spinning class, book club - whatever it is - Register your event online now by visiting todayfm.com/daretocare

So c'mon...be like those amazing pupils and the thousands of others who will #DareToDance
