On this week's Sunday Business Show Conall was jonied by Tom and Laura Sinnott whose home business Wexford Home Preserves has won a very impressive collection of awards.
Tom told Conall how the business was founded by his Aunt Ellen back in 1988 but since then his wife Laura and him have taken the reins.
The small family business makes artisan sweet and savoury preserves and conserves by hand using traditional recipes with the open pot boiling method.
Tom and Laura have stuck to their guns when it came to quality, the use of local suppliers and the making of everything by hand.
They have won several awards including Wexford business of the year, Great Taste Awards and the Irish Quality Food Awards.
