Joining Conall this morning was Master Distiller at The Dublin Liberties Distillery, Darryl McNally. The new craft distillery will open in October creating up to 20 jobs. The announcement was made as three enormous three tonne copper stills arrived at the distillery over the weekend, following a 1,515km journey from Germany to Dublin. The mammoth stills were craned across the Dublin Liberties’ skyline and carefully lowered into the grounds of the distillery to be assembled on site.
