With Valentine's Day just around the corner, who better to have on the Sunday Business Show than Intro Matchmaking, a traditional matchmaking service which has successfully matched thousands of happy clients.

The company's Co-Founders, Feargal Harrington and Rena Maycock, who are a happy couple themselves, joined Conall in the studio to tell him all about the business, which together they started back in 2011.

Intro Matchmaking arranges up to 100 dates every week and unlike other dating agencies meet clients in person at their office on Grafton Street and even organise the venue where the dates will take place.

Feargal also told Conall that the company has staff "on call seven nights a week" to make sure everything goes as planned and receive feedback from the clients after their dates.

Unlike many of the modern dating sites, such as Tinder and Plenty Of Fish, Intro has an impressive record with one in four of their matches resulting either in marriage or long term relationships.

The Co-Founders also noted that dating apps such has Tinder have in fact helped their business, as many users have turned to their more traditional service after failing to find a match on the modern competition.
