The Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur competition is back once again!
The well known IBYE is run by the 31 Local Enterprise Offices across the country and will end with a national final, where one businessperson will be crowned Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur.
On this week's Sunday Business Show Conall spoke to two of the competition's finalist live from Google HQ, where they were pitching their businesses.

The first of these finalists was Joe Perrott with his business Remote Signals.
His company's sensors help to compile and relay real-time data from objects that are connected to the internet.
He is currently involved in a trial with Teagasc in which he has sensors in every county in Ireland measuring soil temperatures for farmers.
"The #Local Enterprise office has been excellent along the way to us! " says @joeperrott @remotesignals on @SBSTodayfm #TeamSBS #IBYE @LEOCorkCity

Ciara spotted a gap in the market and she now recruits the top 10% of estimators (Quantity Surveyors to us Irish) in the US.
