On this week's Sunday Business Show, Conall was joined by Sharon Keegan, an inspirational young woman, who suffered from depression and anxiety disorder but went on to set up her own business, Peachylean, a brand of squat proof active wear with added support for women.
Sharon told Conall her story of how she overcame her anxiety by attending the gym, where she lost over 5 stone and regained her confidence.
While regularly exercising she found that the activeware on the market was "not fit for purpose" despite being notably expensive and used by many.
Sharon then decided to produce her own brand of activeware, Peachylean. This is a brand of 100% squat proof supportive gym leggings, with a wide range of funky styles and non transparent colours.
The brand has been endorsed by a number of well known figures, including the likes of Vogue Williams and Dancing With The Stars contestant, Alannah Beirne.
Sharon also told Conall that her brand not only supports women through the activewear but also in their goals by encouraging women every single day to work hard and feel confident.
