All the staff and members of Cannon Hayes Sports Complex in Tipperary will be out in force for their Dare To Care event on April 30th at 11am.

Caroline Duffy spoke to Muireann today on the show to tell her all about their plans to raise money for the campaign.

Even rugby star Alan 'Quinny' Quinlan, who uses the the complex, got roped into dancing!

Caroline told Muireann that they hear or someone getting diagnosed with cancer and two of their own staff members said had to leave this year due to cancer so it's hit them hard and they want to help.
