*UPDATED*

There's been some amazing news regards the items robbed from Dublin Fire Brigade:

Muireann spoke to Fireman Peter Conroy from Dublin Fire Brigade where an incident that will make your jaw drop took place Sunday night all while they were saving a man's life.

Two piece of essential kit were nicked from the truck while Peter and his crew battled to save the life of a punter at a pub in Cabra.

Do the people that rob this stuff ever think what might happen if they ever have to call the Fire Brigade?

One of the things robbed was this generator.

Peter said: "This is a holmatro generator that we use go power the jaws of life and spreaders to rescue people from car crashes. A lot of our gear is useless without this vital piece of equipment."

The fear now is that they will either be dumped or sold anywhere in the country

IF YOU SEE EITHER PLEASE CALL THEM DIRECT (01) 222 4000

The other item robbed was this. The lads call it the 'jaws of life' and it's used to cut people out of mangled vehicles.

Just think of how many lives this has saved.

*UPDATE: The saw has been returned after an individual tried to sell it for €100. The person he tried to sell to knew it was stolen and took it off them*
