January is a great time for new beginnings and making changes, and many of us are making an effort to eat healthier. Trisha Lewis is an Aldi Ambassador for healthy eating and she joined Pamela Joyce to share some of her tips.
For those who haven't discovered Trisha's Transformation on Instagram, she has been sharing her "beat the bulge" journey which began in February 2018 and she is now half way to her goal of getting down from 27 stone to 12.5.
Trisha is encouraging people to cook at home from scratch which is cheaper and healthier, and she wants you to know that you can lost weight without losing flavour. Trisha shares recipes on her Instagram that are just as tasty as any takeaway, and there are also loads more available on Aldi.ie.
