This week Mairead was speaking to Katie from the Ungraceful Guide about the benefits of buying and receiving pre-loved baby clothes in terms of budget and the environment.
Listener Nancy in Dublin got in touch and Mairead spoke to her on the show about the online shop Nancy has just launched where you can buy and sell donated children's clothes.
KidsKlothes.ie teams up with local groups and charities who can arrange a clothes drive, which Nancy then collects, sorts, photographs and lists on the website for sale.
50% of the proceeds go to the cause who donated the clothes, and the other 50% goes to the costs of running shop and managing the inventory.
There are now more than 600 items listed on the shop and so you can get a great bargain on gorgeous pre-loved clothes for kids.
