The Reach Out Project is the brainchild of Trudi Lawlor and Billy Morrissey who have teamed up with Cliona as well as Daniel O'Donnell, Nathan Carter, Una Healy and loads more, to have phone calls with their fans.

Cliona told Mairead about some of the chats she's had this past week and how brilliant it is to be able to do something as simple as a phone call to lift someone's spirits.
If you want to nominate someone you think would really benefit from getting a call from their favourite country music star, you can send a message to the Reach Out Facebook page and Trudi will take it from there.
