It's to help us all feel more connected while we're forced to stay apart.
It's so important to keep in touch with the elderly and vulnerable in our communities right now, and An Post has just made that a whole lot easier for us with their new Community Focus initiative. Angus Laverty from An Post joined Mairead to tell her all about it.

An Post will now deliver cards, letters and packages up to 2kg to nursing and care homes free of charge to make it easier for us all to stay connected.
Their Community Focus initiative doesn't stop there, postal workers will continue to check in with older or vulnerable people on their route and can connect them with ALONE if they need any additional support.
