Flynn McGarry has a very unique story - his passion for cooking began at the age of 10, and now at 20 he runs his own restaurant in Manhattan!
The Irish-American chef stopped by the studio to chat to Mairead while he was in Dublin.
Flynn's mother realised quite early on that his interest in cooking was something to be nurtured, and by the age of 13 he was home schooled to allow him to fully commit to cooking and start working in restaurants.
That decision has definitely paid off - Flynn has since been named one of Time Magazine's most influential teens and has been having great success with the 12-15 course tasting menus he creates in his Manhattan restaurant 'Gem'.
