We're always told it's best to shop fresh food and to buy local, and a dairy farmer in Louth has taken that idea and really run with it.
Tomás Smyth works on his family's farm in Dromiskin, Co Louth and has been working on the idea of building a milk shack for nearly 10 years.
When Covid hit, he decided it was a good a time as any and he got to work with his four brother to build the shack and a pasteurizing unit.
They're now up and running and have their Wholey Cow milk pasteurized and chilled and ready to sell within a couple of hours in reusable glass bottles. It's been a huge success so far, and they've been selling out every day!
