Speaking to Mairead from a car somewhere in Northern Ireland, Hector was on the show to chat about filming his new TV series 'Hector's Eire Nua', lockdown, and a new men's health campaign he's involved in.
Speaking about lockdown, Hector feels sorry for teenagers in particular and his 15 and 16 year old songs. They should be having fun, playing sport, and enjoying life, but they have no voice in all of this.
Hector is also involved in a new campaign to encourage men to talk about Erectile Dysfunction. It's an issue which can effect men of all ages, and it can take 3 years for a man to speak to his GP or pharmacist about it.
Hector has started a 7 part video series called Talk E.D on his Facebook page where he chats to leading experts on the subject.
