Mairead is always on the lookout for a new show to get stuck into, and when there's one from a network like HBO that has an Irish connection too, it's an added bonus.
Dublin born actress Ann Skelly stars in The Nevers, a series Mairead described as "Harry Potter meets the Handmaid's Tale".
Ann spoke to Mairead about her experience filming The Nevers, and how finding out her audition was for HBO nearly ruined her chances.
