Eating healthily is something we all say we want to do more of, but figuring out how to easily get more fruit and veg into our daily diets can be difficult. It can also be a minefield knowing what food is in season when it's available in the shops all year round.
Dietician Orla Walsh joined Mairead to take the mystery out of it all, and give some tips on how to easily add one more locally grown fruit or vegetable to your regular diet.
Orla is working with Bord Bia for their 'Best in Season' campaign, and they have put together a handy calendar which shows what is in season for each month of the year here.
