Today Mairead had a cup of tea and a chat with Johnny Cooper - the Dublin footballer who has 6 All Ireland medals but instead of training for the championship, he's joining in the in the efforts to help the vulnerable people in his community.
Johnny and his club Na Fianna have launched a community assistance program so they can lend a hand to those who need it most as we try to stay safe during this Coronavirus outbreak.

The club members will be spending their free time helping those who have to stay in self isolation and will be doing shopping for them, picking up medication or even having a chat through the window.
Johnny talked about how surreal it is to see Croke Park being used in such a different capacity at the moment. As of this rightly takes centre stage, the people in Na Fianna and other clubs around the country are using use their platforms to support the people on the frontlines.
