Today Mairead was joined by one of the UK's most influential doctors, and the host of BBC's 'Doctor in the House', Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.
Rangan has written a new book called 'Feel Better in 5 - Your Daily Plan to Feel Great for Life' which looks at how we can form better habits that only take 5 minutes.
He has looked at human behaviour and designed these 5-minute plans so they can easily becomes habits. Habits are incredibly powerful - 56% of what we do each day is not a conscious thought, but a habit and this is how we get a new behaviour to stick.
