The final episode of Donal's Super Food in Minutes in on RTÉ 1 tonight, and the man himself joined Mairead on the phone from LA today.
Donal has lived in LA for 4 years now which meant it was very early for him to be taking a call, but early starts are a regular occurrence since the arrival of his second baby a month ago.
The TV show coincides with a book of the same name which is all about quick and easy meals with a focus on nutrition, perfect for anyone who wants to be able to make a healthy dinner but may not have a lot of time to put in to cooking.
