There's not a whole lot some of us can do at the moment, so a cup of tea and a chat is often the best thing and today Mairead did just that with one of Ireland's funniest exports - Dara O'Briain!
Dara was chatting to her from his home in London where he's had a bit of a career change, he's gone from stand-up to teacher of his 3 kids who are now at home after the U.K. became the latest country to close schools.
Even with his science background, Dara is having a bit of trouble keeping up with the coursework so might have to draft in his pal Professor Brian Cox to do some lessons on Skype.
Next week, Dara is due to host the Bafta Video Game Awards which he has done for the past 10 years. It's going ahead as a virtual event, and even though he'll be at home, Dara will still be donning a tux to host from his sitting room!
