Today Mairead spoke to the Ballincollig girl who is heading up one of the world’s most famous media brands, Samantha Barry! The Editor-in-Chief of Glamour joined Mairead live from New York for a chat ahead of the RTÉ documentary 'Fearless: Samantha Barry' which airs this evening.
The documentary follows Samantha in the week coming up to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards last November, and in a very different New York to what we're seeing now.

She spoke about when she made the move from CNN to be appointed as Editor-in-Chief with no experience in print or fashion, but how she was the right person to bring Glamour to the multi-platform publication it is now.
Samantha has been described as "fearless" by Anna Wintour, and Sam spoke about leaning in to fear and how ambition is often seen as an unattractive quality for women but she takes it as a compliment!
