Gyms are closed, you can't walk further than 2km from your house and the fridge is RIGHT THERE. It's nearly impossible to stay motivated in these trying times, especially now that Saturday nights have become less Netflix and chill and more Netflix and fill (my belly)
And even if you were Mr Motivated at the start of lockdown, it's hard to keep going. The home gym is getting dusty, the runners 'hurt your feet' and Joe Wicks' videos 'aren't loading'.
