6 Steps for Transforming Negative Thoughts into Positive Emotions
The term 'mindfulness' has become increasingly popular over recent years, but do we really understand what it means?
Well if you're like me and aren't fully sure - here's the definition:
'A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique'
Fiona Brennan is a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist who has a very in-depth knowledge of how our minds work; so much so that she could write a book on it. And she has.
The Positive Habit taps into our six key emotions to 'tip the balance of our mindset in favour of a positive outlook'. That's definitely something we could all do with, right?
It is accompanied by an audio-hypnotherapy meditation plan that takes just a few minutes a day, split between morning and evening, that will transform your mental health.
