On this morning's Dermot and Dave, we welcomed friend of the show, Fiona Brennan in to take a look at how we can reduce anxiety as the 'Back to School' madness hits us.
Fiona says the principal factor is calmness, for "calm parents produce a calm child".
Whether it's a new school or not, there are many pressures associated with the end of summer as everyone is out of routine (especially children). There is also a good possibility that parents are oblivious to the stresses being felt by their youngsters.
So with this in mind, Fiona took a look at the factors and put in place the steps we can take to resolve these issues.
She also chatted about stress-relief outside of school and how pivotal sleep is.
