Break-ups are difficult at the best of times, but when we're in the middle of a global pandemic, isolated from our support networks, they can be desperately hard.
A message recently came into Dermot and Dave which asks the question:
Please don’t read my name. I’m so upset, I’ve been seeing a guy for a few months, we struggled through the first months of barely seeing each other during the first lockdown and finally got to spend some time together during the looser restrictions. I’ve had to move home during this second lockdown to look after my older parents and he texted me over the weekend and ended things. I am heartbroken. How do I move on when I can’t see anyone or even start dating again? Please help.
