Where will it stop?
After several outlandish attacks on football players during games in the UK over the weekend, surely the time has come to revise security protocols?
The biggest talking point was Aston Villa's Jack Grealish, who was punched from behind by a mornonic Birmingham fan during their derby game at St Andrews.
CHARGED: We've this evening (Sun 10 March) charged a man with invading the pitch and assaulting Aston Villa player Jack Grealish during the Second City derby.

But Manchester United's Chris Smalling was also confronted by an Arsenal fan during their 2-0 defeat to the Gunners, as was Rangers defender James Tevernier, who was challenged to a fist fight by a Hibs supporter in their SPL clash.
With incidents like this on the rise, Today FM Sports & Offtheball.com's Darren Cleary chats to Dermot and Dave about what he future holds for the not-so-beautiful game.
Our Dazza didn't hold back on twitter either:
Lifetime ban for this coward for the assault on Jack Grealish & stadium closure/points deduction for the club. Zero tolerance the only way to tackle this #AVFC #BCFC pic.twitter.com/MsNk3F17hk
