Recently, there was a discussion on Dermot and Dave which got the biggest reaction we've probably ever had to anything we've covered before.
The question was 'should you tell your friend if they're overweight?' and it had listeners divided. Some felt that you should, some felt that you shouldn't and others thought that the topic shouldn't be discussed at all.
One thing that was apparent across the show and the days that followed is that it is a highly emotive and personal thing for a lot of us and it's something that we wanted to revisit to have a bigger discussion.
Emma Murphy is a psychotherapist specialising in Disordered Eating and Founder and Clinical Director of Eating Freely.
She joined Dermot and Dave to give her expert view on the original question as well as discussing how important it is to not link exercise to weight loss and why being healthy and happy is the most important thing, no matter your size.
