Pandemic or no pandemic, there are thousands of young people who are trying to get on the property ladder but can't due to the height of rents and increasing property prices around the country.
It was reported back in February that the number of Irish people aged 25-29 who still live at home increased at one of the highest rates in Europe between 2007 and 2017.
But there is another trend which sees people who have moved out returning to their family home. For some, they've moved back during the pandemic to save on rent but for others, it's a longer term plan as they try to break the back on saving for a deposit.
One of those people is Alison from Dublin, she's recently moved back in with her mother and she joined Dermot and Dave to explain why she made the move, how her mother feels about it and why herself and her partner have to act more like 'normal people' than before.
