With only a week remaining until the three legends call into studio for their official weigh-in, Dermot and Dave's Seán Reidy gets some updates:
Emma: "I'm generally more aware of what I'm eating and I'm trying my best to make good choices"
Mark: "I've learned to make time for the gym. If you really want to do it, you'll fit the time in"
Kate: "My food planning and my exercise has completely changed. On a Sunday I'll sit down, I'll look at the next seven days to see where I am"
Fitness expert Ronan Murphy (of TonedFit.com & @vkngbuilt ),who has been overseeing their progress has this important advice for anyone hoping to keep their health plan intact over Christmas;
the best thing to do is to devise a calendar of all your social events over the next 4 to 6 to 8 weeks and try to bookend each side of those social events with decent nutrition, rest and exercise so you can enjoy the events
