Ok, so we know it's cold out, that there's a severe lack of vitamin D and it feels like we haven't been paid since last century, but January, or Monday's for that matter, are not as bad as you may think.
Speaking on Dermot and Dave's Mind Yourself Now, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist Fiona Brennan explains how 'Blue Monday' is a marketing ploy "tapping into our psychological vulnerability at this time of year".
She continues by saying there is "no scientific evidence to support it" and that "the myth of Blue Monday is the one that really works on the power of suggestion".
Aside from this one specific day of the year, Fiona feels "we've been conditioned to believe Monday is not a good day". So how do we change that?
