Being a housemate isn't easy.
Even if ye all get on like a house on fire, there's always a few idiosyncrasies that will grind each others' gears.
Housemate matching site Ideal Flatmate recently conducted a survey of 1,000 people currently renting shared accommodation, where they asked people for the habits they hate most.
Here are the results:
11 - Walking around half naked (1%)
10 - Their pets (1%)
9 - Loud sex (4%)
8 - Stinking out the place with food you cook/eat (4%)
7 - Partying with friends at short notice (5%)
6 - The amount of time spent in the bathroom in the morning (5%)
5 - Eating someone else's food (6%)
4 - Not splitting the cost of bills fairly (9%)
3 - Smoking in the house/apartment (11%)
2 - Not doing their fair share of chores (22%)
1 - Poor cleanliness (32%)
Seán Reidy from the Dermot and Dave team talked the lads through these annoyances and even spilled the beans on his own flatmates.
What he failed to remember is that one of the people he lives with works in Marconi House (Today FM HQ), so we sneakily asked Spin FM's Nathan O'Reilly (of Fully Charged with Graham and Nathan fame) to return the favour.
Listeners also had a few gems to throw into the mix.
