As much as we're all missing Derry Girls, no one is missing them quite like Da Gerry.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Tommy Tiernan, who plays Gerry in the hit show, revealed that he's missing his sitcom family and he can't wait to shoot series three. Sadly, he has no idea when it'll happen as filming has been pushed back due to the pandemic.
But, the Navan man is keeping busy. Not only has he taken over Saturday night television with The Tommy Tiernan Show, he's also making two podcasts The Tommy Tiernan podcast and The Tommy and Hector podcast.
Tommy told Dermot and Dave how the TV show is different without a live audience and about a former girlfriend with a strange affinity to foxes.
