- Gratitude - acceptance for what is & not how things were or 'should be'
- Pull out the positives by processing the negative emotions- allow yourself to feel sad, missing loved ones, cry, release all emotions in a healthy way & then when you have done that focus on the positives
- Presence and loving awareness - bring it back to the moment. Create a loving feeling in your heart.
