Imagine not being able to open the windows in your house, go for a walk in your local park or pop into your local shops without encountering a putrid smell caused by a landfill?
That's the reality for some residents of Staffordshire in the UK.
A nearby landfill has long been causing pain and suffering for those in the locality who have been reporting issues like coughs, nosebleeds and sore throats.
With many unable to sell their homes because of the stench, there is a wide campaign to 'Stop the Stink' and have the landfill capped off.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Tom Currie from the 'Stop the Stink' campaign explained the fears he has when putting his children to bed and what local politicians can do about it.
