He retired last year after an incredible career with 124 caps, two grand slams, four Triple Crowns and with the honour of captaining the team to beat the All Blacks twice but now Rory Best is enjoying a life away from the daily pressures of being a full-time sports hero.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, the former Ireland and Ulster captain, spoke about making the move back into life on the family farm after he hung up his boots at the end of Ireland's Rugby World Cup campaign.
He also had some words of encouragement for his former international teammate, Joey Carbery who has been ruled out of the game 'indefinitely'.
