A new study put the concept of Quiet Time Transcendental Meditation to the test with Irish and UK students, and the results are fascinating.
One of the researchers behind the project, Orla Doyle from UCD, joined Dermot and Dave to run through some of the findings, and what difference they saw with just 15 minutes of meditation twice a day.
