The property market is a funny old game
Most buyers and sellers haven't a clue what they're at and that's where real estate agents come in to save the day.
Well that's what is supposed to happen but it doesn't always turn out that way.
Rory Gallagher is one of the Directors at Gallagher Quigley estate agents, who has years of experience in the trade. He joined Dermot and Dave for #AskMeAnything and had lots of tips to help you get your house game on fleek.
He reveals that landlords don't make as much profit on their properties as renters think, admits that "managing vendors expectations" is the biggest issue he has right now and tells a great story about an experience his brother had whilst checking a home.
Gallagher also chats about how those "other couple" phantom bidders are a thing of the past and offers his solution to the housing crisis in Ireland.
