It's hard to believe it's been two years since Rory Best hung up the jersey after a career which saw him become one of the most capped players of all time and captain the Irish side during some of their highest of highs.
Since departing the Irish fold, Rory has found his passion for farming and is now working with his Dad, John to remind people of the importance of protecting your hearing.
Rory has become a Specsavers' Audiology ambassador and is working with them during Farm Safety Week to highlight the decibels people need to be watch out for and the measures that farmers can take to look after their hearing and avoid issues in later life.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Rory explained how life on the farm differs to his rugby career, gave his take on the Lions tour and revealed the match that made him glad to be retired.
