Dave's World might just have stumbled across the best thing EVER!

If I had a euro for every time I woke up after a heavy weekend of partying and said "I'm never drinking again", I'd be sipping mojitos on my yacht in the Caribbean right now!

But I don't have a yacht, or piles of cash, so it looks like I need to get into "Alcarelle" to help stay true to amend my empty promises.

A scientist by the name of David Nutt is in the process of making his "hangover-free" alcohol substitute drink (Alcarelle) available in the next 5 years.

"Alcosynth" is the nickname of the alcohol replacement molecule involved, which acts as the active ingredient to give you all the same sensations of being drunk - minus the insufferable hangover the following day.

The professor discovered this "alcohol antidote" whilst researching how to reverse drunkenness as a Ph.D. student back in 1983.

He hopes international drinks companies will incorporate Acarelle into their products in the not-so-distant-future.
