Limerick man Peter Lawless plans to be the first Irish person to sail solo non-stop unassisted around the world via the great capes.
He will start from County Clare, down the Atlantic around the five great capes, and from South Africa to Australia, from Tasmania to New Zealand, and back to Kilrush in Clare. The most incredible thing about this voyage is that Peter will only use paper charts as his primary navigation tool.
Peter joined Dermot and Dave to talk them through his plans and how he's feeling about the trip.
