''I just thought there was something wrong with me, I didn't think it was actually the job''

At the age of 31, Sarah Shannon decided to pack up and leave a very safe and secure job as a corporate lawyer in Dublin and ‘’listen to the wind’’ as she describes it. Sarah is now a Yoga Teacher based in sunny Portugal and hosts a number of retreats in the Algarve each year to help other Irish women listen to their wind.

Sarah Shannon joined Dermot and Dave live from the Algarve and explained how she felt when she decided to finally pack in a job she hated and she shares how you can also listen to the wind.
