It seems that a vast majority of the country are big fans of the Netflix series; Formula One: Drive to Survive. Well, Dermot definitely is anyway!
Among all the very colourful characters that are seen in the show, there is one man from Laois stuck right in the middle of the madness. Patrick Harding has been Alex Albon's performance coach for the last three years and has travelled to over a dozen countries with the 2020 Formula One Red Bull driver.
Patrick joined Dermot and Dave to talk about life as a performance coach in Formula One and he has an interesting story that involves karaoke with some Spice Girls!
