Laura Whitmore is having quite the year. She just got married, she's about to have her first child and she's also just released her first book 'No One Can Change Your Life, Except For You'.
The Wilson Phillips inspired title is a motto the TV presenter has been living by since she was five years old, and in her new book, she shares personal anecdotes and lessons she's learnt along the way on everything from dealing with imposter syndrome to allowing herself to be vulnerable.
But as a first time mother to be, Laura wasn't expecting to be getting pregnancy advice from strangers which include the expression 'it's like being ripped in half'.
The Bray native sat down with Dermot and Dave to chat about dealing with the paps, why she isn't afraid to speak out and when we might see Love Island on our screens again.
