The Irishman is just back from an incredible trip which saw him row 3200 miles from the Canary Islands to Antigua over 8 weeks.
From rowing 24 hours a day to sleeping in a space no bigger than under a kitchen table, Johnny called the first month of the trip 'the worst month of his life'.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Johnny explained what life is like when there's nothing more to see than blue skies and ocean, the truth about dehydrated food and how the lack of sleep made him hallucinate while rowing.
