Fresh off the pitch from the end of Six Nations campaign, Ireland and Munster star Conor Murray joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his post-match recovery, which includes doing 100km in 21 days.
Yes, really.
Conor has recently been announced as an ambassador for Down Syndrome Ireland, and he's jumping into their 21 Day Challenge with gusto. They're looking for people around the country to run, cycle, jog or swim a distance of 100km in 21 days, as long as you abide by the current Government restrictions. By taking part, you will be helping to raise money which will allow DSI to continue providing essential services, programmes and supports to children and adults with Down syndrome right across the country.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, the scrum-half revealed how feelings were in the Irish camp after the disappointment against France, the one gym machine that makes him queasy and why he's given his dog a very human name.
