Oliver Dingley takes on Dermot and Dave's #AskMeAnything

Back in 2016, Ollie Dingley became the first Irish diver to compete at the Olympics in 68 years. He came 8th in Rio and is hoping that he can bring home a medal from Tokyo next year.

Not only is the 27-year-old a supreme athlete, he's also a great laugh, as we found out on Dermot and Dave.

Dingley was in the hot seat for #AskMeAnything and was well up for the challenge.

The lads discuss the intensity of his training, what it's like prancing about in those budgie smugglers and the lengths he has to go to keep in shape;

coz I need to be quite heavy to move down the springboard, I get to eat as much as I want

It sounds like my kinda sport!

It doesn't always go to plan though:

Personally, I think that belly flop was perfection. I'd give it a 10 ahead of any dive.

We're behind you all the way Ollie!
