The Mam of 2, who is a qualified resilience trainer, has written ‘Joy’s Playground’, a new book which explains the simple tricks we can all implement in our lives to deal with stress, anxiety and worry.
Lizzy joined Dermot and Dave to chat about her inspiration behind the book, her own experience of using resilience training, and shared some tips that you can use at home to help kids with nerves or anxiety.
